Sand Point Conservancy was established as part of the Morice Land and Resource Management Plan. The conservancy is located on Babine Lake and protects beaches and a notable sand spit formation.

The conservancy is located 75 kilometres east of Smithers and is accessible by boat 25 kilometres southeast on Babine Lake from the Village of Granisle.
