Larcom Lagoon Conservancy was established as part of government’s land use decision for the North Coast planning area. This conservancy protects a harbour strategically located in a scenic setting at the confluence of Observatory Inlet, Hastings Arm and Alice Arm. Larcom Lagoon Conservancy is accessible by boat.
