Ecological reserve overview
Canoe Islets Ecological Reserve was established to protect nesting cormorants and gulls. It is closed to the public.
Ecological reserves protect special natural ecosystems, and support research and education. They are not intended for outdoor recreation.
Advisories
At the north west entrance to Porlier Pass, adjacent to the south end of Valdes Island, 15km north east of Chemainus.
