BC Parks does not respond to emailed requests to make, change or cancel reservations.

If you have not received your confirmation, account, or password reset email, check your junk/spam folder before contacting our call center.

Emails are answered Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm PT. We typically respond within 10 business days, but this may be longer during the peak camping season. All messages are reviewed and forwarded appropriately; however, due to the high volume we receive, we regret that we may not be able to respond directly to each one.
