$5 surcharge per transaction
BC Parks cannot respond to emailed requests to make, change or cancel reservations.
If you have not received your confirmation, account, or password reset email, check your junk/spam folder before contacting our call center.

For policy information, please read the BC Parks’ social media moderation policy. Our email and social media channels are answered Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm PT. All messages are reviewed, responded to and/or forwarded appropriately; however, due to the high volume we receive, we regret that we may not be able to respond directly to each one. While we make every effort to respond within a week, please note that response times may be longer than normal during peak summer season.
